为实现本公司的 质量方针和质量目标，确保管理体系正常有效运转及检测数据的准确、可靠和公正，本公司严格遵照《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》、CNAS-CL01：《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》，特作如下声明：

In order to achieve the company's quality policy and quality objectives, ensure the normal and effective operation of the management system and the accuracy, reliability and fairness of test data, the company makes the following statement in strict accordance with the accreditation criteria for qualification of inspection and testing institutions and the accreditation criteria for testing and calibration laboratory capacity of CNAS-CL01:2018.

 1.  检测工作完全依据国家的有关法律、法规进行；

The inspection work shall be carried out in full accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the state;

2.  确保检测工作评价工作的独立性不受任何行政干预，不受任何关系和部门领导的影响，不因任何经济利益而影响判断的公正性，独立开展检测工作；防止商业贿赂；

To ensure that the independence of the evaluation of testing work is not subject to any administrative intervention, is not affected by any relationship and department leaders, and does not affect the fairness of judgment due to any economic interests, and to carry out testing work independently;Prevention of commercial bribery;

3.  坚持原则客观、科学、公正、公开和保密的服务宗旨，杜绝损害客户利益的行为发生；

Adhere to the principle of objective, scientific, fair, open and confidential service purposes, to prevent damage to the interests of customers;

4.  公司各类工作人员不得参与任何有损于检测工作判断的独立性和诚信度的活动；不得参与和检测项目或者类似的竞争性项目有关系的项目或产品设计、研制、生产、供应、安装、使用或者维护活动；

All staff of the company shall not participate in any activities that impair the independence and integrity of the judgment of the testing work;Shall not participate in the design, development, production, supply, installation, use or maintenance of projects or products related to testing projects or similar competitive projects;

5.  坚持自愿和无歧视的平等原则，对任何委托检测的客户一视同仁；

Adhere to the principle of equality of voluntariness and non-discrimination, and treat customers of any commissioned test equally;

 6.  工作人员应严格按照规定的方法进行检测，对违反程序或未经客户认可的检测结果本公司将视为无效；

          The staff should carry out the test in strict accordance with the prescribed method, and the test results that violate the procedure or are not approved by the customer will be regarded as invalid by the company;

7.  严格保护客户对受检样品及其技术所拥有的所有权和专利权，并承担为客户保密的义务；

Strictly protect the customer's ownership and patent right of the tested sample and its technology, and undertake the obligation of confidentiality for the customer;

8.  坚持公开、透明、合理的收费，禁止不合理收费；

We will adhere to open, transparent and reasonable fees and prohibit unreasonable fees

9.  热情接待客户的申诉，对所有申诉都将在约定的时间内向申诉者作出合理的答复；

Receive complaints from customers warmly and give reasonable reply to all complaints within the agreed time;

10. 总经理和全体员工都必须自觉地维护公正性，请全体员工自觉遵守执行。
